Thomas Shannon is known for his ability to connect with people and juries. He is an honest, effective communicator, negotiator, and trial lawyer. He has tried thousands of cases to verdict and obtained numerous million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. 

Tom was selected as a member of the select American College of Trial Lawyers in 2016.  He has been a guest lecturer for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the New York State Defenders Association.  Before joining the firm, he was an Assistant District Attorney in Onondaga County and then practiced criminal defense.  He also worked, before law school, for eight years with a major national insurance company handling personal injury claims.
