Martin A. Lynn, Esq.
Marty Lynn is a partner and trial attorney with the Lynn Law Firm representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions and policyholders in insurance coverage litigation against insurance companies. He has extensive experience litigating insurance coverage, personal injury, commercial as well as other types of civil litigation.
Marty is widely respected throughout New York State for his litigation and trial skills. He is recognized as a “Best Lawyer in America” and as a “Super Lawyer.” The New York State Bar Association recognized Marty with the Sheldon Hurwitz Award for his outstanding contributions to Insurance Law. This is the highest honor bestowed upon insurance coverage attorneys in New York State and he is one of the few attorneys dedicated solely to representing policyholders to receive this honor. He has also received CNY Business Journal’s “40 Under Forty” recognition.
Marty has successfully litigated hundreds of claims against insurance companies and his cases have been recognized in the New York Law Journal, jury verdict reporters, and by numerous other publications.
