Denise is the firm’s senior paralegal and office administrative manager, working for the firm for more than 20 years.  Denise has extensive experience in complex personal injury cases, including wrongful death suits and corresponding surrogates court proceedings and motor vehicle accidents including pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, and multi-car accidents.  Denise has decades of experience navigating the local complexities and challenges of premises liability claims and cases against the City of New York, the New York Housing Authority, and other New York metropolitan municipalities.

She is a Lemoyne College Alumnus, with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.  Her accounting background is an asset when working on complex insurance matters, including the calculation of business income and other damages.

Denise finds helping clients to a successful resolution of their case very rewarding and truly enjoys working with the Lynn Law Firm team to strategize litigation.  She is an avid softball player outside of work, playing with the same core group for over 30 years in Syracuse, Auburn and Baldwinsville.  She likes to hike and spends time at her family’s camp on Lake Ontario.
