Thomas F. Shannon, Esq.

Thomas Shannon joined the Lynn Law Firm in 1992 and has since handled thousands of personal injury cases, while continuing his criminal trial practice.
Mr. Shannon is known for his ability to connect with people and juries. He is an honest, effective communicator, negotiator, and trial lawyer. He has tried thousands of cases to verdict and obtained numerous million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Shannon received his law degree in 1982 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. He earned an M.B.A. from Syracuse University in 1975. Prior to earning his law degree, he was employed for eight years with a major national insurance company handling personal injury claims. After law school, he joined the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant Prosecutor for three years. From there, he was in private practice for five years before joining the Lynn Law Firm.
He is admitted to practice law in New York, Florida, and Virginia, and he has been a guest lecturer for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the New York State Defenders Association.
